Sonic Prop collects and records information such as Users' IP addresses, models of devices used to access the site, operating systems, and browser information. (Here, you are transferring all current and future rights and interests in any intellectual property created to us with full ownership assurance, and you agree to ensure any agent, representative, or contractor does the same).

If requested, you (and agree to ensure any agent, representative, or contractor does the same) will sign and/or execute all documents that may be necessary to perfect the obligations under this section without any compensation due to us.

  1. Subscription to and Lifetime Access to the Content

When you subscribe to a training or other content, you will receive access authorization from us to view the training. We grant users lifetime access, except for situations where we must disable content due to legal reasons or policy or due to registrations made through subscription plans.

The license of the content and training belongs to Sonic Prop. The contents are not sold to you; access to the content is granted. This access does not grant you any rights to resell the content in any way (including sharing account information with a buyer or illegally downloading, copying, reproducing, and sharing the content on torrent sites).

To be more legal and complete, Sonic Prop grants you limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable access to the content through the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes upon payment of all necessary fees associated with these terms and the specific content and features of our Services. Users may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, transfer, sell, distribute, lease, share, rent, amend, adapt, edit, create derivative works of any content.

We generally grant users lifetime access after they make their payment. However, we reserve the right to revoke access to content at any time when the course or other content you are enrolled in is subject to copyright complaints or when we determine that its content violates the Intellectual Property and Copyright Agreement, or when we are required to legally block access to the content. After the expiration of the 15-day guarantee period, there will be no refunds provided in case you make a request.

Sonic Prop reserves the right to return money from transfers made by users after the 15-day limitation if the transactions of the users are deemed suspicious. All legal and penal responsibilities in every transaction and action taken by the User regarding the services received on the site are their own. Sonic Prop has no legal or administrative responsibility.

If we believe that you have abused our refund policy at our discretion (for example, if you have used a significant amount of the content for which you wish to receive a refund or have previously received a refund for that content), we reserve the right to refuse your request for a refund, restrict future refund requests, block your account, and/or limit all uses of the Services going forward.

Deposits made to the Sonic Prop platform must be made from a bank account registered under the same name as the User. Transfers should not be made through cardless banking methods from ATMs. In the case of detection of such transactions, Sonic Prop reserves the right to refund those transfers.

Virtual currency transfers cannot be refunded to the User; thus, it is not possible for Sonic Prop to refund any commission or transaction fees charged, and users have no right to request a refund of these fees. The User acknowledges and warrants that they cannot withdraw their consent to Sonic Prop regarding these transactions they believe to be made in error.

  1. Disclaimer

Our platform may not function due to scheduled maintenance or any issues on the site. Educational programs only cover purchasing training, video, slides, etc. We may also encounter security issues. We make no representations or warranties concerning the adequacy, reliability, availability, timeliness, security, error-free, or accuracy of the Services or content, and expressly disclaim any and all guarantees and conditions, including (whether express or implied) guarantees of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Neither we nor our affiliates, suppliers, partners, or representatives guarantee that you will achieve any particular results from using the Services. The risk of using the Platform (including all types of content) is entirely the User's. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied guarantees.

We may decide to stop providing certain features of the services at any time and for any reason. Neither Sonic Prop nor its affiliates, suppliers, partners, or representatives shall be liable for any damages under any circumstance due to such interruptions or the unavailability of such features.

We shall not be liable for non-performance or delayed performance of any of the services due to events occurring outside of our reasonable control, such as war, hostility or sabotage, natural disaster, electrical, internet or telecommunication outages or government restrictions.

12.1. Limitation of Liability

Some risks are inherent in using the services. Besides accepting these risks fully, you accept that, even if you incur loss or damage due to the use of our platform and Services, you will not seek to hold us liable or seek compensation. To express it in legal and more complicated language, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our affiliates, suppliers, partners, and representatives) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from any kind of breach, warranty, tort, product liability or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our (or our affiliates', suppliers', partners', and representatives') liability exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event leading to the claim (whichever is greater). Some jurisdictions may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for consequential or incidental damages; accordingly, some of the limitations above may not apply to you.

Our platform may not function due to scheduled maintenance or any issues on the site. Educational programs only cover purchasing training, video, slides, etc. We may also encounter security issues. These are just examples. In situations where things do not go well, you accept that you will not seek to hold us liable. To express it in legal and more complicated language, we make no representations or warranties regarding the adequacy, reliability, availability, timeliness, security, error-free, or accuracy of any Services or any content and expressly disclaim any and all guarantees and conditions, including (whether express or implied) guarantees of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We (and our affiliates, suppliers, partners, and representatives) do not guarantee that you will achieve any particular result from using the Services. The risk of using the Services (including all types of content) is entirely your own.

We shall not be liable for non-performance or delayed performance of any of the services due to events occurring outside of our reasonable control, such as war, hostility or sabotage, natural disaster, electrical, Internet or telecommunication outages or government restrictions.

12.2. Indemnification

If you act in a manner that legally jeopardizes us, we may seek to recover all damages incurred against you. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sonic Prop and our group companies and their representatives, directors, suppliers, partners, and agents from any third-party claims, demands, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from (a) the content you publish or transmit; (b) your use of the Services; (c) your breach of these terms; or (d) any infringement of a third party's rights. Your indemnification obligation will remain in effect even after termination of your use of this Agreement.

  1. Termination of the Agreement

This Agreement will enter into force upon the electronic acceptance by the user and will remain in effect unless duly terminated as set forth below by either party.

Each party may terminate this Agreement at any time during the term. Sonic Prop may terminate the Agreement immediately without any compensation obligation if required by legislative changes and legal regulations. However, obligations that arose prior to termination will continue to apply after termination.

If the User fails to comply with any of the terms outlined in this Agreement or the rules and conditions stated on the site, or if the User's activities or any content they may include in the site pose risks in legal, technical, and information security terms, Sonic Prop may suspend the User’s site usage. If the User does not remedy the violation after being notified by Sonic Prop, the Agreement may be terminated by Sonic Prop. In cases explicitly stated in this Agreement as well as in cases involving information security risks or suspected unlawful activities, Sonic Prop may terminate the agreement and the User’s site usage without notice or time frame. In that case, any benefits gained by the User on the platform may be reclaimed. The User shall have no claims against Sonic Prop for damages associated with this.

  1. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. The jurisdiction for resolution of disputes between the parties lies with the courts of the country where Sonic Prop operates.

No party may bring a suit arising out of this Agreement more than one year after the cause of action arises. This limitation does not apply in cases where the law does not permit such limitation.

  1. Fees and Expenses

To the extent permitted by applicable laws, the User and Sonic Prop agree that in the event of a dispute, each party will bear its own costs and attorney's fees, provided that each party will be entitled to recover its respective fees and costs. If a court or arbitrator determines that a party initiated arbitration in bad faith or threatened arbitration in bad faith or improperly or for an ulterior purpose, that court or arbitrator may award such fees to the party against whom the claim was made, in the same manner that a court might do.

  1. Class Action Waiver

We agree that we may only sue each other individually. This means: (a) neither of us can make claims as a plaintiff or class member in any class action, consolidated action, or representative action; (b) an arbitrator may not consolidate claims of more than one person into a single arbitration (nor can any arbitrator serve as a presiding arbitrator in any consolidated, class, or representative arbitration); and (c) an arbitrator's or judge's decision in one person's case only affects that person and cannot be used to make determinations in disputes involving other users. Nothing in this class action waiver restricts either party’s right to resolve a Dispute by mutual agreement through class-wide arbitration of claims.

  1. Updating the Terms of the Agreement

From time to time, we may update the terms of this Agreement to clarify our practices or reflect new or different practices (for example, when we add new features), and Sonic Prop reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify or change these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you in a prominent way, either by sending an email notification to the email address linked to your account or by posting a notice through our services. Changes will take effect upon their publication unless indicated otherwise.

Your continued use of the services after changes take effect will signify your acceptance of those changes. The revised Terms will replace all previous Terms.

The User shall be responsible for all damages arising or that may arise from activities conducted under 6.3 and Sonic Prop cannot be held liable in any manner.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Sonic Prop is not liable for any damages arising from or in connection with the use of the platform by the User or third parties. The Use of the Platform is at the User's own risk.

The User acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that financial markets are risky and that these risks cannot be guaranteed by Sonic Prop. Sonic Prop informed the User that simulated trading results may not reflect actual trading performance.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

The content of the Platform, including software, graphic designs, and all materials developed by us such as our website, current or future applications, services, and logos, is owned by Sonic Prop or licensed to Sonic Prop. The User agrees not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use these materials without Sonic Prop's permission.

Sonic Prop collects and records information such as Users' IP addresses, models of devices used to access the site, operating systems, and browser information. Sonic Prop may use these records to generally identify users and collect demographic information, ensure system and user account security, combat fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

When accessing the SONIC PROP platform and services or using them, you may not:

  • Access, damage or use any areas of the platform that is not publicly accessible (including content storage), Sonic Prop's computer systems or the technical distribution systems of SONIC PROP service providers.

  • Disable, interfere with, or attempt to circumvent any security features of the platform or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any of our systems.

  • Copy, modify, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code or content of the Sonic Prop platform or services.

  • Access our platform or search or attempt to access our platform or services in any manner other than through our current search functionalities provided through our website, mobile applications, or APIs (and only in accordance with the terms and conditions of the API). You may not use any automated method, such as copying or spidering, robot, or any other type of software to access the Services.

  • Submit any modified, misleading, or false source identifier information (for example, sending fake emails appearing to be from Sonic Prop) or send any viruses, overload requests, spam, or bombard with emails or use any method that would undermine or disrupt access for any user, server, or network (or attempt any sabotage).

8.1. The User grants Sonic Prop a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, and non-exclusive license to use their IP to the extent of:

Our right to sublicense: The license granted by the User under this section includes our right to provide Sonic Prop or any portion of it to the User or to any third party as needed.

8.2. IP created by the User will automatically be transferred to Sonic Prop upon creation.

  1. Contact

For any questions, comments, or requests regarding this Agreement, you may contact Sonic Prop through its official communication channels. Sonic Prop works to respond to your inquiries as soon as possible and improve your user experience.

Sonic Prop will communicate via the addresses (email, SMS, or phone) provided by the User during registration on the platform. The User must ensure that their contact information is correct and up to date, and they must notify Sonic Prop of any changes to this information. Otherwise, Sonic Prop shall not be liable if the User fails to receive any information or notification.

This User Agreement constitutes a legal agreement between Sonic Prop and the User and contains all terms governing the use of the platform. By using the platform, users are deemed to have accepted this Agreement.
