In the context of the legal obligations arising from the legal regulations of our company, for the purposes of conducting business activities, carrying out sales processes for goods/services, and performing finance and accounting tasks (creating invoices, accounts, etc.), your financial, communication, and identity information is processed under KVKK Article 5/2-(c) on the basis of our company's legal obligation.
For the purpose of ensuring your participation in training groups as part of the services provided by our company, creating your account, selling goods/services, shipping products, and providing post-sales support services, your identity, financial, and communication information is processed based on the contract concluded with our company under KVKK Article 5/2-(c).
For the purpose of ensuring corporate communication, your communication information is processed within the scope of our company's legitimate interests under KVKK Article 5/2-(f).

Within the scope of finance and accounting practices, to banks, financial advisors, competent public institutions and organizations, and to their systems,
For the follow-up and execution of legal affairs, to consulting lawyers, judicial and administrative authorities,
To the competent public institutions and organizations, auditors, and consultants for the notifications required under legal obligations,
With foreign suppliers under KVKK Article 9/1 based on your explicit consent,
To foreign-based service providers from whom we receive IT services (corporate email) under KVKK Article 9/1 based on your explicit consent,
To human resources and financial information systems from which we receive services,
If you approve the sending of commercial electronic messages, under KVKK Article 9/1 based on your explicit consent, it may also be transferred to foreign service providers.
For how long your personal data will be stored
Your personal data is stored for the required duration depending on the purpose of processing, and in any case, considering the statute of limitations arising from the law.
In this regard, your identity, communication, financial, legal transaction, and customer transaction information is stored for a duration of 10 years; visual and audio recordings and data on transaction security are stored for a duration of 5 years.
